2013 - Commenced operations in domestic market of providing Direct Marketing Campaigns and Promotional Selling to teleshopping business enterprises
2013 - Service provider to the leading e-commerce website of USA for catalogue order processing and graphics designing
2011 - Expansion of infrastructure facilities by acquiring additional 2,600 square meter 4 multi storey building with 800 work stations, adjacent to the corporate office location.
2010 - Service Provider for the most distinguished multimedia company of USA. We provided them with
Inbound Call Center Services as well as implemented various IT enabled software solutions.
2009 - Service Provider for a Telecom giant to provide Inbound Call Center Services for their customers. Infrastructure expansion with acquisition of a 2,400 square meter four floor multi-storey building with 1000 work stations of Dell and HCL powered by CISCO's network.
2009 - Service provider for the leading Telecom Company of USA for developing and maintenance of an integrated IT enabled OSS Billing Solution
2008 - Forayed into Website Design and Graphic Arts creation. Emerged as a leading outsource company for aesthetic designing
2007 - Implementation of Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) at our Call Center, making our infrastructure top notch amongst the industry. With BGP, no call inbound call will ever be disconnected and a 100% customer call receiving rate is guaranteed
2006 -Service Provider to the leading online retail company of USA for holistic maintenance of their back end. We provided crucial IT enabled support in their order placement, billing and procurement processes.
2005 - Branch office established in the city of Seattle, Washington, USA. The office commences operation in web research for clients in USA, UK. We become the service providers of chat support with over 100 Call Center Executives to the English-speaking community of Netherland, for a leading corporate.
2004 - Started operations in a complete end-to-end CISCO IP based call center, with 300 work stations. Renowned as the premium service provider of shared
